54th Annual Conference – June 12-16, 2022
Call for Proposals:
The Association Supporting Computer Users in Education, ASCUE, is seeking proposals from faculty, staff, and graduate students for presentations at its 54rd Annual Conference.
The conference, voted one of the top 5 conferences to attend by EdTech Magazine, will be held on-site in North Myrtle Beach, SC and online. from June 12th – 16th, 2022.
Delivery Choices:
ASCUE Annual Conference sessions are being planned for both in-person and online for 2022. Choose your experience- online only or in-person in Myrtle Beach, SC. Review the session tracks and formats carefully and note that although ASCUE will make every effort to honor your preference, we reserve the right to assign both session track and delivery format based on space and program balance.
Proposals should focus on issues in information technology that are of interest to educational institutions. Proposals may be submitted for one of two tracks offered:
- Presentation and Discussion
- Roundtable Discussion
Accepted presenters will receive a $25 honorarium, in the form of an Amazon gift card (or equivalent for International presenters). Presenters must register for the conference. (Registration will open in February)
Proposal Submission:
We invite you to become a part of this hybrid conference. Submit a proposal for one of two tracks by completing the online form.
The deadline for session proposals is March 28, 2022.
Session presentations are 45 minutes, including time set aside for audience questions and engagement. We encourage innovative, interactive presentation formats. Please visit the links below for more information about each session type.
You will be asked to provide:

- Demographic Information for all presenters (name, title, institution, mailing address, email address and phone number)
- Title of Presentation
- 250-word or less abstract
- Format of session – Virtual or In-Person
- Brief biography for each presenter (75 words or less)

All presenters must register for ASCUE 2022 and pay standard registration fees for the conference. Presenters are encouraged to register early.
